“As General Manager of Trapeze, I’m responsible for leading our team and driving the overall performance and strategic direction of the Trapeze Group. My role is to ensure we deliver exceptional value to our customers, foster strong relationships with our suppliers, and maintain the high standards of service and integrity that define Trapeze.
Day to day, I oversee all operational areas of the business—from sales and customer service to supply chain, finance, and compliance—while keeping a clear focus on innovation, growth, and sustainability. I work closely with our leadership team to set goals, manage resources effectively, and create an environment where our people feel empowered and supported to do their best work.
I serve as the flag-bearer for the company culture, values and philosophy. Continuing the legacy started by Gisella and Michael Travers, I make it a priority to ensure our decisions, actions, and partnerships reflect the principles that have shaped Trapeze since 2001.

Dana leads Trapeze Associates as General Manager, guiding the company with a strong sense of purpose and a deep respect for its heritage. Since joining Trapeze in 2014 as a Sales Representative, Dana has advanced through multiple sales and business development roles, gaining hands-on experience across the business. Mentored by founders Gisella and Michael Travers, she has been entrusted with continuing their legacy as they stepped back from day-to-day operations.
Holding a Master’s Degree in Business & Commerce from the University of Western Sydney, where she graduated in the top 2% of students with the highest GPA of her cohort – and a Bachelor of Health and Movement (Sport) from the Australian College of Physical Education, where she earned the University Medal in 2013, Dana brings a combination of academic excellence, strong leadership, and practical expertise to her role. Known for her exceptional organisational skills, collaborative approach, and commitment to exceeding expectations, Dana continues to drive Trapeze forward building on its proud history while positioning the company for long-term success.
